Visiting Students
Fourth Year students in US accredited training programs and select, international programs with reciprocity are eligible to participate in Clinical Clerkship SU362.01
Resident Rotators
Residents from other accredited training programs are eligible to visit for a maximum of ninety (90) days as resident rotators. Their home institution must provide an Affiliation Agreement stating their continued coverage of salary, benefits, and malpractice insurance. The rotator must arrange travel and housing independently.
All other visitors including undergraduate students and international medical doctors
Need a letter (email is acceptable) of invitation from a faculty member and will be processed via the UCLA Volunteer Office. Please direct these inquiries to Karen Volpicelli, Department Office. Observers need to have HIPAA, Patient Confidentiality, Hepatitis Questionnaire, proof of TB test, and two forms of identification.

Conference Attendance
Visitors are allowed to observe Board Preparation, Journal Club, and Symposium/Grand Round lectures.
Medical School Classroom Attendance
The only persons allowed to attend lectures or laboratory sessions are properly registered medical students.with the rare exception of individuals who have received written permission from the instructor to audit a course. (School of Medicine)
Tours of the Medical Center may be arranged for groups up to thirty (30) people.
